How do I order? 

  • You may order directly via the website! Kindly remember to indicate the preferred date of pick-up/delivery before checkout. 
  • It is also vital to indicate correct contact details (email/mobile number) for you to get updates on your order.
  • We make made-to-order cakes but usually have stock for 9" Ube Cake Plain which is first come, first serve. Please Viber/Call for same/next day pick up or deliveries. 
  • One greeting may be added per cake for free. Limited to thirty characters including spaces per greeting. An additional PHP50 will be charged when the greeting does not fit the limit. Kindly indicate in the greeting box before adding the item to the cart or on the special request box before check out.
  • Cakes with greetings are given one (1) red candle for free. Additional charges may apply for more candles (PHP10/candle). We only have red candles. 
  • Our standard colors include shades of pink or blue. If you would like blue flowers kindly indicate in the special request box before checkout otherwise we will provide pink buttercream flowers. Other colors shall be considered custom colors and will require an additional php500 charge. 
  • For custom orders not included in the regular menu, kindly message us via Viber (0917) 791 5985 or email us at hello@indulgepatisserie.ph 
  • Kindly give us 3 to 5 days lead time for custom cakes or cakes with fruits.

How to enjoy our best seller ube cake? 

Do you allow pick-ups? 

  • We allow pick-ups from 8AM to 6PM. Pick up is in Pasig City area. Address shall be given with the order summary after you have submitted your order.

    Please be guided that only the following items are possible to be picked up by motorcycle with insulated bag:

    • 9 inch Mocha Cake Plain
    • 9 inch Chocolate Rose Cake
    • Chocolate Lava Cakes

Do you deliver? 

    • We may book a third party courier via motorcycle or car delivery for you depending on the item/s ordered. Cakes that can be delivered by motorcycle

    • Sensitive cakes and pastries are advised to be delivered by Car. Delivery fee would depend on the delivery area. Motorcycle delivery fees start at php150 and car delivery fees start at php200.
    • For deliveries, please indicate your complete address and landmarks for us to facilitate delivery.
    • Please check contact details to ensure that our delivery partners will be able to deliver the items in good condition to the correct address and recipient. Surcharges may apply in case delivery partners are not able to contact recipients.

How to pay? 

  • You may pay through bank deposit (BDO/BPI), GCash or Paymaya. We send the bank details together with the order summary.

How long can I travel with my cake?

  • Our cakes can last 3 to 4 hours outside the fridge as long as they are not under direct sunlight.

How long will my cake stay fresh for?

  • Our products are made without additives that lengthen the shelf life of the product therefore we recommend that products be eaten on the day of pick up to best enjoy them. If keeping for the next few days, it would be best to place in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 to 5 days to lengthen freshness.

  • Depending on your needs you may want to get your cake a day before you plan to serve them, and that’s fine too - just store in their box in the fridge, keeping them away from smelly food. With that said, best defrost the item at least 30 minutes from the fridge before serving to enjoy, taking note that larger cakes would take longer to defrost. We don’t advise keeping them in the freezer.

Do you make gluten free, sugar free or vegan cakes? 

  • As of the moment, we do not make gluten free or vegan cakes. Click here for our Sugar Free Mocha Cake. 

Do you make custom cakes?

    • We can make custom cakes using buttercream decorations. We have done numerous styles of custom cakes that you may view in our facebook or instagram accounts. We don't make fondant cakes. If you do not see the design you are looking for, you may contact us send a picture through Viber (0917 791 5985) or Email (hello@indulgepatisserie.ph). We will notify you if we can make the design for you. We require 3 to 5 days lead time for custom cakes.

Full Terms and Conditions 

  • By ordering from Indulge Patisserie PH you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
  • Payment is needed to confirm online and orders through Viber/Email and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment on the delivery date. Issuance and receipt of your invoice is taken as confirmation of your order and because we may have had to turn away other clients and start preparations for your order invoices will remain payable in the event of cancellation or postponement.
  • All our desserts are baked to order and we do not accept returns. Refunds, discounts or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your cakes upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of returns, delivery back to the commissary shall be shouldered by the client. Indulge Patisserie PH will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
  • If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible. It is best to ask for the confirmation of changes in orders to ensure changes will be made. Orders cancelled 5 days or more before the collection date will receive a full refund on the order total; those cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds may still be provided at Indulge Patisserie PH’s discretion).
